Every JuryNull guide is a digital download, and all sales are final.
No refunds
JuryNull has a no-refund policy. Each guide is a PDF you can download as soon as you pay, and a download cannot be handed back once it is delivered. We do not refund a purchase, except where the law requires it.
Before you buy
Every state page shows what that state's guide covers, and the Foundations pages explain jury nullification in general terms. Read them first so you know what you are buying. If you are not sure which guide you need, a single state or the complete guide, contact us before you buy.
If your download does not work
A file that will not download or will not open is a problem we fix. Write to us through the contact page, choose "An order or a download" as the subject, and give the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order. We will put it right.
Our payment processor
Our payment processor reserves the right to handle refunds under its own refund policy.
